My Journey…

Hey beautiful soul, I’m Ashley Maas. You may know me as the original founder and creator of Abundance Movement Boxes which has now become RISE UP Experiences with the help of my beautiful sister, friend and partner, Loryn Sheahan. 

RISE UP was born through my own journey with healing, self-love and transformation. It is EVERYTHING I wish I had when I was getting started diving into discovering what brought me joy in life, and understanding who I was without the title of ‘mom, wife, sister, friend…’

I believe that every woman has a gift and purpose in this world. That we ALL have a voice that desires to be set free, and I believe, with my whole heart, that we are ALL worthy of living a life full of absolute abundance without ever asking for permission, throwing out our dreams or feeling guilt and shame for WANTING MORE, for ourselves.

Everything from our boxes and experiences are crafted with YOU in mind. Supporting ONLY women owned small businesses in the United States, we STAY AWAY from wholesale companies.

We are committed to giving back in any way that we can. We provide education and training for local nonprofits and shelters in the area to help heal the collective whole. 

We have built a ‘NO EXCUSE’ approach to work on loving who you are, with personally curated boxes delivered right to your doorstep every other month, and experiences guaranteed to change your life.
