HOW IT STARTED
In 2019, Ashley, 4 months pregnant with her youngest daughter, Kiara, had the idea to put together a monthly subscription box that would go into the hands of women all throughout Wisconsin, formally known as, Abundance Movement Boxes.
These boxes gave women the tools to work on their mental health, heal their limiting beliefs; EMPOWERED women to discover radical self-love; gave them COURAGE to take BOLD, inspired action, and reminded them of who they always WERE.
The boxes successfully launched in July of 2020 with 100 boxes going out to women all throughout the country!
Alongside the box launch, Ashley recruited Loryn Sheahan to begin a monthly coaching group during COVID on Facebook called, Empowered Leaders.
After two years of running these two platforms SEPERATELY, Ashley decided to merge the two and create something that would CHANGE the way people viewed personal development.
In February of 2022; RISE UP Experiences was born.

Over 90+ virtual experiences, 2,000+ subscription boxes, 4+ annual experiences, 12+ retreats, and 200+ collaborations later, RISE UP Experiences is on a mission to build real, authentic COMMUNITY and HUMAN CONNECTION.
We believe in breaking through barriers we place upon ourselves, taking courageous BOLD action towards living a HEALTHY life; leading individuals through creating their own EXPERIENCES, ALL while giving you permission to embrace your most AUTHENTIC self.
A space where individuals, healers, entrepreneurs, can come together and LEAN on one another.
We are on track of running 4 international retreats a year, 4 U.S. based retreats a year, QUARTERLY subscription boxes, and monthly breathwork + sound healing journey’s in NE Wisconsin, collaborative experiences, + so much more!
