Experience RESET Breathwork, a simple yet powerful 3-part breathing practice done while laying down with music, affirmations, and movement, you’ll be guided the whole way. No prior experience is needed.
Sound Healing is also provided to help support you. Come to release the pressure and expectations, ready to go all in on your VISION, and emerge feeling like a whole new person and more *alive* than ever before.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW & BRING
Dress in loose and comfy clothing.
Bring a journal and a pen.
Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye covering (optional), and anything else you may need to lie comfortably on the floor.
Please avoid food for at least 30 minutes prior.
Arrive at 9:55am to get started on time.
