Flow into Freedom | A Workshop on Letting Go of Resistance

Flow into Freedom is an embodied experience rooted in the natural rhythm of spring, where nothing is forced and everything is invited to soften.
This workshop centers on releasing resistance in the body, the mind, and the stories that keep you bracing instead of breathing.
Through intentional movement, guided breathwork, and immersive sound healing, you will move stagnant energy, reconnect with your natural flow, and create space where tension once lived. This is not about pushing harder or striving for more, it is about opening, allowing, and choosing expansion from a regulated and grounded place.
You are not here to force change. You are here to soften into it, and let it move through you.

Experience RESET Breathwork, a simple yet powerful 3-part breathing practice done while laying down with music, affirmations, and movement, you’ll be guided the whole way. No prior experience is needed.
Sound Healing is provided to help support you, even further. Come release the pressure and expectations. Go all in on your VISION, and emerge feeling like a whole new person, more *alive* than ever before.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW & BRING
Dress in loose and comfy clothing.
Bring a journal and a pen.
Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye covering (optional), and anything else you may need to lie comfortably on the floor.
Please avoid food for at least 60 minutes prior.
Arrive at 9:50AM to get started on time.
